Installation
- The welding of the leaf spring seat to the axle should ensure proper alignment and fit, with the position meeting the required center distance for accurate positioning.
- The welding ground wire must be connected only to the axle body, and grounding through rotating wheel components should be avoided.
Settings
Optional installation of ABS gear rings, sensors, and more, as needed;
Use
- After the new vehicle has been driven for the first time, as well as 15 days later—or each time the tires are changed—the nuts must be tightened in the prescribed sequence using a torque wrench.
- Use dedicated lubricating oil and avoid using mismatched oils;
- Pay attention to axle maintenance and upkeep—regularly inspect and replace components.
