Product Overview
The JPS fire hose reel is designed and tested in accordance with GB15090-2005 (fire hose reel). It mainly consists of an inlet pipe, cotter pin, fixed rotating shaft, rotating arm, water supply pipe connector, O-ring, hose, hollow shaft, baffle plate, support core frame, bent pipe, and spray gun. Using water as the extinguishing agent, it is a fire extinguishing device that can spray extinguishing agent while quickly deploying the hose. It is generally installed in indoor fire hydrants and is suitable for installation in public places such as shopping malls, hotels, and high-rise buildings. It is a new type of indoor fixed fire-fighting device.
The JPS fire hose reel is suitable for extinguishing incipient fires of Class A carbonaceous materials such as paper, wood, and cotton and linen fabrics.
This product features a compact and reasonable structure, is easy to use, has a fast fire extinguishing deployment speed, reliable performance, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Installation Instructions
The fire hose reel is installed inside the fire hydrant box. In case of a Class A fire, turn on the direct-flow spray gun switch and quickly deploy the hose to extinguish the fire with water. During installation, remove the cotter pin, connect the rotating arm to the fixed seat via the fixed rotating shaft, and then reinstall the cotter pin. Finally, install the fire hydrant hose reel in the fire hydrant box using the base bolts, ensuring the fire hydrant box is fixed to the wall. Connect the water supply pipe connector to the water supply system.
