The media pressure presses the sealing surface of the gate against the valve seat on the other side to ensure the sealing of the sealing surface, achieving a self-sealing effect.

 
Robust Structure: The valve body is made of two materials: cast iron and ductile iron, providing a solid structural foundation for the valve. This allows it to withstand high working pressures and harsh operating environments. The exterior is coated with epoxy powder resin, effectively isolating external corrosive factors and preventing rust. Suitable for various media environments, including cold water, hot water, and wastewater, ensuring long-term stable operation.
 

Easy Operation: Whether manually operated or with a driving device, the operation is simple and easy to understand, convenient for firefighters and maintenance personnel. The valve stem is designed with three O-ring seals, which not only reduces frictional resistance, making opening and closing operations light and effortless, but also effectively prevents water leakage. The stem and bonnet of the grooved soft-sealed gate valve also use a three O-ring seal design. While reducing frictional resistance during opening and closing, it greatly reduces the probability of water leakage, supporting seal replacement without interrupting the flow of media in the pipeline, greatly improving maintenance convenience.

 
Optimized Fluid Design: The bottom of the soft-sealed gate valve adopts a flat bottom design similar to that of water pipes, effectively preventing debris accumulation, ensuring smooth fluid flow, and reducing the risk of failure due to blockage. The valve is coated with high-quality rubber inside and out. Domestic advanced rubber vulcanization technology ensures that the vulcanized valve has precise geometric dimensions.
