The 9000 type piston water hammer absorber is a device used to eliminate water hammer shock waves in pipelines caused by various reasons, protecting pipelines and equipment from damage. It can quickly and effectively cushion instantaneous water hammer, eliminating irregular water hammer vibrations in the pipeline system without hindering water flow rate and volume. The device has a simple structure, fine material selection, and a long service life. It is suitable for various water supply and drainage systems in factories, mines, enterprises, high-rise buildings, and power plants. Applicable to high-rise building domestic water supply, fire water supply, water pools, water tanks, municipal, and industrial applications. Air chamber pressure (percentage of pipeline pressure): 50-70%. Applicable medium: clean water and sewage without impurities. Applicable medium temperature: 0-80℃. A swirl preventer is a special pipe fitting used to prevent swirling in tanks (pools) during liquid transfer and to prevent air from entering pipelines. Its function is to be installed on the suction pipe port of the water tank (pool) pump to eliminate swirling in the tank (pool), ensuring that the pump can always start at full power and operate normally, preventing air from entering the pump and causing cavitation. It allows the liquid level in the tank (pool) to be lowered to a lower level, ensuring a large flow rate. The performance of this product meets the requirements of GB509742014 "Technical Specifications for Fire Water Supply and Fire Hydrant Systems". Applicable to chemical, energy, and water engineering fields, especially in fire water pools (tanks), it ensures that the effective volume is fully utilized, improves the effective utilization rate of fire water pools, reduces dead water zones, and meets land-saving requirements. During rescue operations, maximum use of fire water can be achieved.
According to the standard 1.0.4 of GB50974-2014, "Technical Specifications for Fire Water Supply and Fire Hydrant Systems", a flow switch or pressure switch should be installed on the outlet pipe of the high-level fire water tank to directly start the fire pump. According to the new standard GB509742014.11.0.19, the reliability of the system's pump start-up was previously often affected by the loss of weak electrical signals. Therefore, the necessity of starting the fire pump via the fire hydrant box button is low, and the investment in fire hydrant button pump starting is relatively large. Therefore, the fire hydrant button should not be used as a direct pump starting signal, but only as an alarm signal. A flow switch is installed on the outlet pipe of the high-level water tank, and a digital flow meter and flow rate meter are displayed on the device control panel. When the flow exceeds the set value, it serves as a signal to start the pump. A pressure switch is also installed on the device's control panel, digitally displaying real-time pressure (the natural static pressure of the water tank and the outlet pressure of the pressure-stabilizing pump). When the high-level water tank and the static pressure-stabilizing pump pressure cannot support the large water flow during a fire, the pressure drops suddenly. When it drops to the set pressure, it serves as a reliable signal to directly start the fire pump.
Ultrasonic flow meters are developed based on the ultrasonic measurement method of propagation speed difference. They use sensors to emit ultrasonic signals into the fluid. After the signals are affected by the fluid flow, they are received and detected to measure the flow rate. This instrument integrates measurement, accumulation, and display. It uses low-power technology and can achieve accurate measurement of a minimum flow rate of 0.006 m/h (software adjustable). The instrument is also characterized by its small size, good stability, and strong anti-interference ability. Ultrasonic technology allows for multi-angle installation without affecting the measurement, while minimizing pipeline pressure loss.
