In February 2025, Hongan Fire-Fighting Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the Dubai Downtown Commercial Complex project, responsible for the fire system design, equipment supply, and after-sales service for the entire park. The project covers an area of over 200,000 square meters and includes various building types such as shopping malls, hotels, and apartments, placing extremely high demands on the adaptability, stability, and intelligence of the fire system. Hongan, leveraging its own advantages, deployed a modular intelligent fire alarm system, a low-pressure fine water mist system, and various linkage sprinkler equipment to achieve differentiated protection for various functional areas. The project adopts a dual-path approach of "local construction + remote guidance," fully ensuring the construction period and quality, and also marks another strategic landing of Hongan's deep cultivation of the overseas market.
