In response to the market's heightened concern over fire hazards in underground parking areas, Hong'an's technical team developed a new multi-point temperature and smoke sensor composite detection system in early 2025. This system uses an intelligent linkage architecture to monitor changes in garage temperature and smoke distribution in real time. Once an anomaly is detected, it activates a dual alarm mechanism (local and remote) and links with the sprinkler system. The system has been piloted in parking lots in Xiamen and Shenzhen, achieving good results and is widely recommended for use in new and renovated underground parking garage fire protection projects, demonstrating Hong'an's technological leadership.
