Ultrasonic flow meters are developed based on the ultrasonic measurement method of propagation speed difference. They use sensors to emit ultrasonic signals into the fluid. After the signals are affected by the fluid flow, they are received and detected to measure the flow rate. This instrument integrates measurement, accumulation, and display. It uses low-power technology and can achieve accurate measurement of a minimum flow rate of 0.006 m/h (software adjustable). The instrument is also characterized by its small size, good stability, and strong anti-interference ability. Ultrasonic technology allows for multi-angle installation without affecting the measurement, while minimizing pipeline pressure loss.
The fire hydrant dedicated flow switch uses the differential velocity method, designed for city water supply pipelines, fire protection, and household metering master meters. It solves the problems of high starting flow and non-measurement of small flow in traditional flow meters, and is suitable for various industrial sites. When used as a flow switch, the alarm flow signal can be set arbitrarily through the data communication interface. When the flow rate of the flow meter is greater than the set flow rate value, an ON signal will be output to turn on the motor power switch to start the pump. When the flow rate is less than the set flow rate value, an OFF signal will be output to turn off the motor power to stop the pump. It adopts ultrasonic flow measurement technology and full-bore pipe body design, with no pressure loss and no mechanical rotating parts, reducing enterprise water supply costs. It has high reliability and measurement is not affected by magnets. It has multiple output functions and can be equipped with wireless transmission to form a monitoring system for monitoring the operation of instruments and the water network. The fire hydrant dedicated flow switch reserves a pressure sensor detection interface, which can also achieve the function of starting and stopping the pump when the pressure changes.
